The 'elves' have been hard at work and in the spirit of the holidays I'd like to share "a few of my favorite things..." No, we're not talking rain drops on roses and whiskers on kittens! How could I be, with all the eye popping new items that have been arriving in store weekly?!

I have never been more excited to write an Agabhumi blog than I am right now. Are you all sitting down? I hope you are - because the excitement of our new store and our new merchandise is completely overwhelming (in the most amazingly wonderful way, of COURSE!). As your Agabhumi insider - as always - I am here to bring you the scoop. The best of the best (really, isn't it all the best of the best? lol) and a sampling of my personal faves too!

High on my list of gasp worthy merchandise is our new Bola Bola ring in stunning purple and blue pearls. That's right, PEARLS. A more gorgeous ring has never graced my finger... but with amazing items arriving in every shipment one can never REALLY say never!

And at a budget friendly $54, how can you possibly say no?!

Also newly added is our Aga-Cenik (Balinese for 'little bit') line; sterling silver slide charms for bracelets and necklaces that are absolutely too cute for words. Our new inventory is so incredible - and it gets better with each shipment - that items have been flying off the shelves! Some of my favorites are already on re-order... but I'll be sure to clue you in when they arrive!

Sold out in our Santa Monica store, but still available in our flagship store (and thank you to Calibumi store manager Christina, for the pictures), is this PHENOMENAL over-sized, snakeskin clutch. I am in LOVE. As Christina says, "it's never gloomy over at Agabhumi!" Ladies, how often have you grabbed a clutch for a night out on the town and found out the hard way it won't hold all you need for your evening? With this winner, you'll never have that problem again! And in an array of smashing colors, you can't go wrong!

Last, but certainly NOT least - and definitely MOST exciting of all - is the opening of our new Westport store!! We opened the doors Saturday, October 10 and the response has been overwhelming. We are so thrilled to be a part of the welcoming Westport community. We are located at 165 Post Road East in Westport (across from Baskin Robbins and the Westport Post Office).

Be sure to stop in and meet new manager, Jill and take in our wonderful new space and merchandise. You may even see our roadie, Beth or any of our other glowing Stamford staff... maybe even Regina and Michael!

Just when I thought I'd seen all things fabulous, Regina and Michael manage to WOW me all over again. Over 1,000 new pieces have been unveiled over the past week (with more arriving in the coming weeks) and I have never been more excited!! Handbags, belts and stunning jewels - oh my! You're gonna need your shades for this astounding array of inventory because I can tell you first hand, the beauty of Bali is blinding.

Pearls: A Gift from Nature....

Are you of the pearl persuasion? Don't you just love these beautiful creations from the sea? If you answered no to either of these questions, I intend to make a believer out of you by the end of this blog!

How fascinating that such magnificence should begin with a simple grain of sand!

Pearls are the oldest gems known to man and the only gems made by a living creature. Lustrous, silky smooth and simply divine, pearls have been one of the most sought after gems throughout history.

Just arrived at Agabhumi are easily the most beautifully magnificent pearls you have ever seen. In colors ranging purple, blue, copper, green (yes green!), blood red, slate grey and dark teal, to see them is to love them.
